To pay your bill, please make sure you identify your BT Fibre account number on the most recent invoice as you will need this to pay your bill.

TO PAY USING MPESA
Go to M-PESA menu on your phone.
Select Pay Bill option
Enter Business no. 8001629
Enter Account No. 000XXX (where XXX is your BT Fibre Networks account number).For example, If your account number is 000676, then enter 000676 as your Account No.
ENSURE THE LEADING ZEROS ARE INCLUDED IN THE ACCOUNT NUMBER.
Enter the Amount
Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send
You will receive a confirmation via SMS
Payment reflects on BT Fibre within 15 minutes.
ACTIVATION IS WITHIN 5 MINUTES.
